OUR ETHICS LINE: The ethics line is the channel established by Inversiones Metrollantas SAS to address reports of situations that constitute a presumption of fraud or go against the Code of Good Governance and Ethics.
Characteristics:
It is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through different channels (telephone line, website, and email).
OBJECTIVE OF THE ETHICS LINE: To promote the sustainable growth of the Company based on the strengthening of ethical culture, the defense of ethical values and principles, and transparent and open relationships with different stakeholders, through the generation of a confidential communication channel that allows Inversiones Metrollantas SAS to be informed of reports easily and effectively.
WHO CAN REPORT: Employees, affiliates, contractors and their employees, suppliers, and third parties in general can report their concerns.
PURPOSE OF THE ETHICS LINE: To timely detect improper conduct and behavior that can cause an increase in operating costs, loss of Company value, damage to corporate image, and deterioration of the work environment.
Through the Ethics Line, the timely investigation of reported complaints is facilitated, allowing management to take the necessary corrective, preventive, and disciplinary measures.
The Ethics Line is essential to detect those anomalies and violations of the company’s internal policies that might not otherwise be communicated.
